Convert conveyor speed and center-to-center pitch to an item rate, or requested rate and pitch to a line speed, without validating equipment capacity.

When

- Steady stated line speed or item rate

Don’t
- This converts a declared uniform pitch and stated steady conveyor line speed into a literal item rate. It does not select or size a conveyor, validate accumulation, transfers, product stability, dwell/process requirements, equipment capacity, safety, suitability, or approval.
